I was impressed by the smile and welcome of the reception staff member who came to the door when I arrived. My check-in was processed quickly and efficiently. Although very much budget and haing the inconvenience of shared bathroom facilities, the room was clean and well presented and I had a good night's sleep.
The reverse cycle airconditioner had to be up at 30 deg to keep the room warm, normally 22 deg is enough. Possibly a malfunctioning one in room 203? Shared bathroom facilities - from a hygiene point of view, and very small too, not enough space to put clothes etc without getting them wet, nowhere for toothbrush if using tiny sink...

Staff was lovely plus location was marvellous! Stopped by koi dessert bar to get some coffee and treats, it's steps away from the venue, recommend.
Our bed was uncomfortable.

This is surely the best trendy boutique hotel, outstandingly accommodating staff, modern rooms. Good service and the food is good. Moreover, there is a parking off site. Thank you, would love to come back here some time...
Nothing all good!

I loved the convenience of the location in this city, as it was very close to the train station and it was easy to get to Central station. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cleanliness of the room which was up to my standards. The staff was also accommodating and friendly.
Nothing for me.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the beautifully refurbished rooms to the excellent air-conditioning. The location is perfect, right next to the central station in the city centre, with plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area.
No major issues, all was okay.

The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable, good location near Central Station.
The web site and booking information i received was incorrect Eg: stated we could select breakfast for a fee - this was not available. i was not very happy with this as we arrived late and had 2 small children in tow. I then had to go out late and purchase breakfast, bowls spoons and milk for the morning. This was quite expensive. The staff have limited knowledge of the transport system and tourist locations. We wanted to connect to the monorail using the trains from Central Station and were given incorrect travel info. The shared kitchen was not clean and we were told we had to supply our own dish cloths and tea towels!!! THe tap in the bathroom was broken and the bar fridge in the wardrobe was leaking.
